About us and your order
Your seller is SwordEyeVisions Ltd, company number 16363676, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For digital orders, delivery, cancellation, refunds or file assistance, email info@swordeyevisions.com. Do not post products to the registered office.
Where available, the products in our Digital Downloads collection are offered to customers with a United Kingdom or United States billing address. These terms apply to those digital products; physical items remain subject to their own product, shipping and returns information. The purchase journey and these terms are in English.
Choose your product, review the description, price and basket, make the digital-supply choice, and enter and check your billing and payment information. You can correct errors before selecting Pay now. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we issue an order confirmation, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Product-specific contents and licences
The following five products have their own file contents, compatibility information and licences. Their product listings and supplied instructions identify the exact files; the general four-PDF description below does not define these five packages. For these five products, the product-specific licence set out here applies instead of the general planners and workbooks licence below. The remaining cancellation, statutory-rights and support terms continue to apply.
SEV Creative Pricing, Quote & Licensing Calculator
A business-use licence: the business that bought it (owners, staff and contractors working for it) may use the workbook, guide and templates for its own quotes, and send the estimates and licence schedules it makes to its own clients without limit. It may not resell, share or publish the files, or make templates or systems from them for other businesses.
SEV UK Household Continuity File
The SEV household licence, as printed on page 2 of the PDF and in the register: one customer's non-transferable licence to organise their own household's records. You may share copies with household or family members who help manage those records, on their own devices, and print as many copies as you need for that purpose. No resale, no redistribution outside that household or family, no sublicensing, publishing or uploading for others, no use for anyone else's commercial purposes, and the files may not be presented as your own work. Never add passwords, PINs or security details to a copy you share.
SEV UK Executor & Bereavement Admin Tracker
Your purchase gives one customer a non-transferable licence to use this file for an estate they are personally helping to administer. You may share copies with the other executors or administrators of that estate, and share what it produces, such as reports, accounts and letters, with the beneficiaries, professionals and organisations dealing with that estate. The file may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, used to provide a paid or professional service for other estates, published or uploaded for others, or presented as your own work. The fonts are licensed separately under the SIL Open Font License.
SEV UK Parent Money Planner
One household's own planning, on its own devices. You may print the guide as often as you need for your own use. Please do not share, resell or upload the files, or present them as your own work.
SEV Family Care Coordination Kit
One purchase is for one family or care-coordination group looking after one person. You may share copies with the relatives, attorneys and carers in that group who help coordinate that person's care, on their own devices. The files may not be resold, redistributed outside that group, sublicensed, published or uploaded for others, or presented as your own work. Sharing a copy gives nobody authority over the person's care, health records or money.
What you receive and what you need
The product listing identifies the exact digital files supplied and their contents. Our current planners and workbooks provide four PDFs: a Digital edition and a Print edition, each in A4 and US Letter. The SEV Luxury Digital Client System provides four guide PDFs in those editions and sizes, plus one ZIP file containing 30 editable Word documents. No physical product is supplied and no shipping charge applies to a digital-only order.
You need an internet connection to download the files and a PDF reader to open them. To write on screen, use software that supports PDF annotation. The PDF files are not fillable forms and contain no formulas. Links and bookmarks depend on your reader's support; compatibility with every device or app is not promised. The PDF files are not tagged for screen readers and no accessibility certification is claimed.
For the Client System's editable files, you also need software that can open ZIP and Word (.docx) files. The Word files are made for Microsoft Word and were checked in Microsoft Word for Mac. They also open in Apple Pages and Google Docs, where layout may differ slightly.
For home or professional printing, use the Print edition at 100% or Actual size and the matching paper size. Printed results depend on the printer, ink and paper. Physical print testing has not been verified.
This is a one-off purchase, with no recurring subscription. The price and total payable are shown before payment. No UK VAT is charged. SwordEyeVisions Ltd is not VAT-registered. Any applicable US sales tax is shown before payment.
Immediate supply and UK consumer cancellation rights
These products are offered for immediate electronic supply. For a purchase to which UK consumer cancellation rights apply, we ask you to make the separate, initially unticked basket choice before purchase:
“I expressly consent to the immediate supply of this digital content and acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right to cancel once supply begins. This does not affect my statutory rights if the content is faulty.”
This is separate from marketing preferences. If you do not want immediate supply on these terms, do not complete the digital purchase. A delayed-delivery purchase option is not offered.
If UK consumer cancellation rights apply to your purchase, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. Your cancellation right ends when digital supply begins only where the required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation have been provided. Your confirmation identifies the digital-supply choice recorded for your order, where present, and includes the applicable terms in a form you can keep. A failed or incomplete consent process does not remove your statutory rights.
After successful payment and completion of the required safeguards, we send your download links automatically to the email address used for the order. No email consent exchange or manual delivery request is required. Keep the order confirmation and download email. If a message is missing, check spam or junk and contact info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number. Email delivery or technical faults can cause delays; no guaranteed number of seconds is promised.
While a cancellation right remains, notify us clearly at info@swordeyevisions.com or our registered office. You may use the form below, but no special wording is required. Send your notice before the cancellation period expires.
Problems, refunds and withdrawn access
If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you notify us, by the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.
If files are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements, contact us. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights are not restricted by immediate delivery, this licence or any cancellation exception.
We consider additional goodwill refund requests individually; there is no blanket promise of a change-of-mind refund after the cancellation right has validly ended. Where a cancellation or refund requires access to be withdrawn, we deactivate download access. This does not erase files already saved to a device.
SEV Digital Downloads — Licence
Where a product listing states its own licence, that licence applies to that product instead of the general licence below.
The planning-product licence below applies to our planners and workbooks. The SEV Luxury Digital Client System has the separate business-use licence set out below and in its product listing and guide; that business-use licence applies to the Client System.
Planners and workbooks
1. What you are buying. A licence to use these files. The content and design remain the property of SwordEyeVisions Ltd.
2. Who may use them. You, the person who bought them. The licence cannot be transferred.
3. What you may do. Use the files for your own planning and for internal use in your own business. Keep them on your own devices and keep backup copies. Print as many copies as you need for your own use. Write on them.
4. What you may not do. Resell, redistribute, share, lend or sublicense the files or copies of them. Give or sell them to clients. Upload them to any marketplace, library or file-sharing service. Remove the copyright line. Present the content or design as your own.
5. More than one user. Each person who uses the files needs their own licence.
6. No advice, no promised result. These are planning tools. They do not provide legal, financial, tax or business advice.
7. Your statutory rights. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have by law.
8. If you break these terms the licence ends, and you must stop using the files.
SEV Luxury Digital Client System — business-use licence
What you are buying. A business-use licence for the business that buys it, including its owners, staff and contractors working for it. The content and design remain the property of SwordEyeVisions Ltd.
You may adapt, rebrand and translate the guide and templates, and send them to your own clients, with no limit on how many.
You may not resell, share or publish them as templates or products, alone or in a bundle, course or kit; use them to make client documents for other businesses to use as their own; or upload them to a marketplace or template library.
Not advice. The policy pages and templates are example wording, not legal advice, and do not form a contract between you and your clients.
The licence is governed by the law of England and Wales. The full licence is on page 2 of the guide.

The UK statutory cancellation period and UK early-supply acknowledgement apply only where UK consumer cancellation rights apply. Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
