These terms apply to digital products purchased from SwordEyeVisions.
Digital delivery
A digital product is supplied electronically. No physical item will be shipped and no physical return process applies.
Access or download instructions are provided after successful purchase using the method shown during the purchase journey or order confirmation.
If access information is not received or a file cannot be opened, contact support@swordeyevisions.com with the order number.
Compatibility
Customers should review the file format, dimensions, software requirements and device compatibility stated on the product page before purchase.
Unless a product page states otherwise, a PDF is a document file and not an interactive application.
Licence
Unless a product page expressly grants different rights, purchase provides one customer with a personal, non-transferable licence to use the supplied files for personal purposes.
Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, uploaded to another platform or represented as the customer’s own work.
Cancellation and immediate access — United Kingdom
Where a UK customer expressly requests immediate access during the applicable cancellation period and acknowledges that the cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, the right to cancel may end when electronic access or download begins, subject to applicable law.
The required request and acknowledgement must be collected before immediate electronic supply begins.
United States
Refund and cancellation eligibility for US customers is governed by the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.
Access, download and file issues
If a file is inaccessible, faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied as agreed, contact support@swordeyevisions.com.
SEV will review the digital delivery and file information and, where appropriate, provide corrected access, a replacement file, a refund or another remedy required by applicable law.
Digital products must not be sent to a physical return address.
