Production and Delivery Times
Some physical products are produced after an order is placed. Production timing varies by product and fulfilment route.
Production time is separate from carrier delivery time. Any estimate shown on a product page, at checkout or in an order communication is an estimate and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.
Products in the same order may be produced and dispatched separately. This can result in more than one parcel or tracking notification.
This Shopify storefront currently sells physical products only. Digital products offered through another authorised SwordEyeVisions channel are delivered electronically and sit outside these production and shipping timelines. The applicable channel terms and Digital Product Terms govern that supply.
