🎨 How are the artworks created?

SwordEyeVisions artworks are developed through original conceptual design and visual direction by the artist.
Depending on the collection, works may involve digital illustration, photography, and AI-assisted techniques used as part of the creative process.
All final artworks are authored, selected, and curated by SwordEyeVisions.

🧠 Are these works hand-painted or traditional paintings?

Some works originate from sketching or digital illustration, while others are developed through contemporary digital and generative methods.
SwordEyeVisions focuses on concept, composition, and finished visual presence rather than traditional medium labels.

Are all artworks available in every edition?

No. Some works are exclusive to Collector’s Editions or Gallery Prints and are not released as Poster Editions.

📸 What services do you offer?

We provide professional photography for maternity, boudoir, newborn, family portraits, as well as creative direction and artist branding.

📍 Where are you based?

We’re based in London, UK. All sessions are by appointment only.

📅 How do I book a session?

You can book directly via our Booking Page.

📦 Do you offer physical prints or digital products?

This Shopify storefront currently sells physical products only, including physical Art products for eligible United Kingdom and United States addresses. Digital products may be offered separately through an authorised SwordEyeVisions channel; the applicable delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be shown in that purchase journey.

🎨 Can I request creative input or themed shoots?

Absolutely. We specialize in creative direction and can help you shape your vision from concept to final output.

⏱️ What is your turnaround time?

Editing and delivery times range from 3–10 business days depending on the service and project size.

🌍 Where does SwordEyeVisions currently deliver?

During Phase 1, physical-product checkout is available for delivery to the United Kingdom and United States.

📦 How much is standard shipping?

Complimentary standard shipping is currently available for eligible Phase 1 physical orders delivered within the United Kingdom and United States. The available method is confirmed at checkout.

⏱️ How long do physical orders take?

Production time is separate from carrier delivery time and varies by product and fulfilment route. Any estimate shown on a product page, at checkout or in an order communication is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. Products in the same order may arrive separately.

🔁 How do I request a return or report a product issue?

Email support@swordeyevisions.com with the order number and details of the request. SEV will review the product and fulfilment route and provide return instructions only when a return is authorised. Do not send an item to an address shown on packaging or to any other address without written instructions from SEV.

🛠️ What should I do if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Contact support@swordeyevisions.com as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, details and photographs where available. SEV will review the issue and confirm the appropriate next step.

💻 Where are digital products available?

Digital products are not currently sold through this Shopify storefront. Where SwordEyeVisions supplies digital products through another authorised channel, that purchase journey will show the applicable delivery, cancellation and refund terms.
