Phase 1 Shipping Availability

During our initial launch phase, SwordEyeVisions® ships physical products to:

• United States

Additional markets may become available in future phases.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is complimentary for eligible physical products within our active launch markets.

Some products may require different shipping arrangements due to size, weight, or fulfilment requirements.

Any applicable shipping options and costs will be shown during checkout.

Production and Delivery Times

Production time and delivery time are separate stages.

Products are created after an order is placed. Production timelines vary depending on the product category, fulfilment requirements, and item specifications.

After production is complete, delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected.

Estimated timelines are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Some orders containing products from different fulfilment routes may arrive in separate shipments.

International Duties and Taxes

For deliveries that cross a customs border, import duties, taxes or carrier handling charges may be assessed by local authorities or the carrier. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient may be asked to pay those charges. Any amount collected by SwordEyeVisions will be shown at checkout; otherwise, charges depend on the destination, applicable law and the delivery route.
