One personalised Stanley/Stella Changer 2.0 sweatshirt with one front portrait and caption. 100% organic cotton, 350 gsm brushed fabric, unisex medium fit. Black, Natural Raw, Anthracite and French Navy are each offered in XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Natural Raw is undyed and may show natural cotton flecks.

Your portrait, approved by you

  1. Choose your options and enter the name or short caption exactly as you want it printed. Add each different portrait separately to your bag.
  2. After checkout, email a clear, well-lit JPEG or PNG photograph, up to 10 MB, privately to support@swordeyevisions.com from your checkout email address. Use the subject People portrait — [order number] — [portrait name]. Include the product, colour and size, and identify the individual item if you ordered more than one portrait.
  3. We prepare your finished artwork and email a proof showing the actual SEV portrait. Check likeness, facial detail, spelling, composition and product options.
  4. Reply with explicit written approval of the exact proof version before printing. One likeness revision is included. Each revised proof requires fresh written approval; silence is not approval. Further changes are discussed before any additional charge.

The initial service covers one adult per portrait. For several people or another arrangement, contact us before ordering. Names, a short caption or memorial years are checked with you at the proof stage.

Photographs, consent and privacy

Submit a photograph you own or have the photographer’s permission to use, with permission from each living person depicted for the portrait and its production. We may ask you to confirm permission before work begins. Reference photographs and correspondence stay private and linked to your order. They are not placed in public galleries or used for marketing without separate permission.

Active reference-photo copies are normally removed 30 days after delivery or cancellation, subject to disputes or legal obligations. Necessary finished-artwork, approval and order records are retained for aftercare and legitimate recordkeeping; email-provider recovery or backup retention may apply.

You may cancel for a full refund before artwork approval. Once production begins, personalised items cannot be returned simply for a change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced items remain covered by your statutory rights. Contact support@swordeyevisions.com for assistance.

Printing follows your written artwork approval; photograph review, artwork preparation and revisions add time before production. We confirm your proof timetable after receiving a suitable photograph. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Gallery images are illustrative digital mockups using an authorised reference photograph. Your portrait is made from the photograph you submit privately.

Care

Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Do not tumble dry or iron the print. Follow the garment care label.

Printed colours can differ slightly from your photograph and screen. Your finished portrait is shown in your proof for approval before printing.
