How personalisation works

Choose your colour and size, enter your pet’s name and place your order.
After checkout, email your photograph privately to support@swordeyevisions.com. Use your order number and pet’s name in the subject, and the same email address used at checkout. For multiple portraits, identify the colour and size for each photograph.
We email a proof of your finished SEV portrait. Reply with explicit approval of that exact version before we arrange printing.

Payment and silence are not artwork approval. A revision requires a new proof and fresh written approval. Nothing enters manufacture before approval.

Signature Pet Portrait — Engraved Noir Framed Fine Art Print

Your pet’s individual portrait and name, composed in SwordEyeVisions’ Engraved Noir style and presented in a restrained Black wood frame. We send your finished artwork for written approval before printing.

240 gsm smooth matte giclée print, portrait orientation, in a Black obeche-wood frame with a 21 × 22 mm profile, 2 mm acrylic glazing and an MDF back with hanging fixture. No mount. A4 includes a standing strut. Choose A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) or A3 (29.7 × 42 cm): these are print dimensions, not external frame dimensions. The frame covers a small perimeter of the print.

Includes one personalised physical print assembled in one Black frame with acrylic glazing and backing. No digital download, wall fixing or additional print is included.

Your portrait, approved by you

One pet per portrait. Send a clear, well-lit JPEG or PNG photograph (up to 10 MB) that you own or have permission to use. After checkout, email it privately to support@swordeyevisions.com from your checkout email address. Use the subject Pet portrait — [order number] — [pet’s name]. Identify the size and individual item if ordering more than one portrait.

We send your finished SEV artwork for written approval before printing. Check likeness, name spelling, composition and selected size. One likeness revision is included before approval. Every revised proof requires fresh written approval; silence is not approval. Further changes are discussed before any extra charge.

Privacy and aftercare

Your reference photograph stays private and is not placed in our public gallery or used for marketing without separate permission. Active reference-photo copies are normally removed 30 days after delivery or cancellation, subject to disputes or legal obligations. Necessary finished-artwork, approval and order records are retained for aftercare and legitimate recordkeeping; email-provider recovery or backup retention may apply.

You may cancel for a full refund before artwork approval. Once production begins, personalised items cannot be returned simply for a change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced items remain covered by your statutory rights. Contact support@swordeyevisions.com for assistance.

Printed and dispatched in the United Kingdom for delivery to England, Scotland and Wales. Tracked Standard delivery is included. Production follows your written artwork approval; photograph review, artwork preparation and revisions add time before printing. We confirm your proof timetable after receiving a suitable photograph. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Care and display

Display indoors away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Clean acrylic gently; do not use abrasive products or spray liquid directly onto the artwork.
