How personalisation works
  1. Choose your colour and size, enter your pet’s name and place your order.
  2. After checkout, email your photograph privately to support@swordeyevisions.com. Use your order number and pet’s name in the subject, and the same email address used at checkout. For multiple portraits, identify the colour and size for each photograph.
  3. We email a proof of your finished SEV portrait. Reply with explicit approval of that exact version before we arrange printing.

Payment and silence are not artwork approval. A revision requires a new proof and fresh written approval. Nothing enters manufacture before approval.

Signature Pet Portrait — Full-Colour T-Shirt

A personal full-colour portrait of your pet, composed from your own photograph with their name and the restrained SwordEyeVisions signature.

Full-colour portrait artwork professionally front-printed using DTG. Bella+Canvas CV3001, retail fit, lightweight 145 gsm. The selected solid colours use combed, ring-spun cotton; Asphalt is the supplier’s colour name, not Anthracite. Black and White XS–4XL; Asphalt, Navy, Soft Cream, Soft Pink and Maroon XS–2XL.

Care

Wash inside out at 30°C. Do not tumble dry or iron the print. Follow the garment care label.

How personalisation works

  1. Choose your format, colour and size. Enter your pet’s name exactly as it should appear. Add different pets as separate items.
  2. After checkout, email your photograph privately to support@swordeyevisions.com from your checkout email. Use “Pet portrait — [order number] — [pet’s name]” and identify the item, colour and size. Confirm that you own or have permission to use the photograph.
  3. We email your finished artwork proof. One likeness revision is included. Check likeness, spelling, colour, placement and the selected item.
  4. Approve the exact final proof version explicitly in writing. Silence is never approval. A revised proof needs fresh approval. Nothing is sent for manufacture before approval.

Your photograph and privacy

One pet per portrait. Send a clear, well-lit original JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB, showing the face and distinctive features. Exclude people, addresses and documents. Photographs remain private and order-linked, and are not used for marketing without separate permission. Active reference copies are normally removed 30 days after delivery or cancellation, subject to unresolved disputes or legal obligations; email recovery and backup retention may apply.

Delivery, cancellations and aftercare

Made to order in the UK for delivery to England, Scotland and Wales only. Tracked Standard delivery is included in the price. Proof preparation and revisions precede production. We confirm your proof timetable after receiving a suitable photograph. You may cancel for a full refund before artwork approval. Once production begins, change-of-mind returns are unavailable; statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Product imagery illustrates an example portrait using digital mockups. Your finished portrait is made from your own photograph and approved by you before printing. Screen colours and final materials may differ slightly.

Size guide

Garment measurements in centimetres. Compare with a T-shirt you already own, laid flat. Chest width is the flat width of the garment, not your body circumference.
