Product Overview

One design for every invitation of the year. Each design is a Word document holding two 5 × 7 in cards on one sheet: type over the example words, print on card at 100% scale, and cut along the dashed lines.

  • Ten occasions: Birthday, Dinner Party, Christmas Party, New Year's Eve, Mystery Night, Baby Shower, Engagement Party, Graduation, Housewarming and Farewell & Retirement.
  • Save the Date and Thank You, in the same design, so the whole occasion matches.
  • UK and US editions: the UK edition on A4 sheets with UK dates (Sunday 14 March 2027); the US edition on US Letter sheets with US dates (Sunday, March 14, 2027).
  • Editable Word files (.docx): ordinary text that you click into and type over. Made and checked in Microsoft Word.
  • The fonts, included: Cormorant Garamond and Inter, free under the SIL Open Font License, with their licences.
  • A six-page guide (PDF, A4 and US Letter): the twelve designs, editing, printing, paper and envelopes, and wording and when to send.

One quiet type system and a small brass motif for each occasion. The example names, addresses and phone numbers are fictional: UK numbers come from Ofcom's range for drama, US numbers from the 555-01xx range kept for fiction.

Compatibility & Access
  • Install the fonts first: open the Fonts folder in the ZIP and install each font file (Mac: double-click, then Install Font; Windows: right-click, then Install). Without them, Word shows a stand-in font.
  • Edit in Microsoft Word: open the .docx file in Microsoft Word, click into any line and type over the example words. The two cards on a sheet are the same: change one, then copy its text into the other.
  • Keep it on one page: each card has a fixed size. If a line drops off the bottom, shorten the words or the headline rather than adding lines.
  • Print on card at 100%: print one test sheet on plain paper first, then print on smooth white or ivory card at 100% scale (Actual size). Fit to page changes the card size. Cut along the dashed lines; each card is 5 × 7 in (127 × 178 mm).
  • The files are Word documents (.docx), made and checked in Microsoft Word. Other apps have not been tested.
  • The names, dates, addresses and phone numbers in the designs are examples, to be replaced with your own.
  • This is a digital product: nothing is posted, and no shipping charge applies.
  • Printed results depend on your printer, ink and card.

This is a digital product supplied by SwordEyeVisions Ltd. Three files: a ZIP holding the 24 Word files (12 in the UK edition on A4 sheets, 12 in the US edition on US Letter sheets), the Cormorant Garamond and Inter fonts with their licences, and a short read-me; and the six-page guide as two PDFs, A4 and US Letter. No physical product is supplied and no shipping charge applies.

This product is offered for immediate digital delivery. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to consent to supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when supply begins. Once payment succeeds and those requirements are completed, your download link is sent automatically to the email address used for your order. You do not need to email us to request delivery.

Keep your order confirmation and download email. If you cannot find them, check your spam or junk folder. For delivery, cancellation or file-access assistance, contact info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. If you validly consent to early supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. To cancel while that right remains, email info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No special wording is required. Your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.

Refunds and statutory rights

If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. After supply, we will assess any problem with the digital content and provide the remedy required by law. We may consider goodwill requests individually; no additional blanket refund guarantee is promised. Where an order is cancelled or refunded and access is withdrawn, we deactivate its download access separately. Deactivation does not remove copies already saved to your device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Licence

© 2026 SwordEyeVisions Ltd. Your purchase gives one customer a licence to edit and print these designs for their own events, and to send them to their own guests, on paper or as an image or PDF. You may not sell, share or upload the files or the designs, use them for paid work for other people, or present them as your own work. The fonts are licensed separately by their authors, under the SIL Open Font License; the licences are in the Fonts folder.
