Product Overview

A home stays manageable when small jobs happen at regular times, the bigger ones have a place in the month or season, and the work is shared fairly. Frequencies are suggestions, not rules.

  • Daily: morning and evening resets, and the 10, 20 and 60-minute resets for the week you actually have.
  • Weekly and monthly: a weekly plan with one focus a day, room-by-room lists, and monthly tasks through the year.
  • Seasonal and shared: seasonal and annual home care with UK and US notes; a fair-share chore chart that counts minutes; chores by age as a guide.
  • Care: laundry and meal anchors, a maintenance log, safety checks from official guidance, and a monthly review.

A worked example shows three housemates rotating five jobs: 125 minutes each over three weeks.
Included Files
  • A4 Digital (PDF, 16 pages)
  • A4 Print (PDF, 16 pages)
  • US Letter Digital (PDF, 16 pages)
  • US Letter Print (PDF, 16 pages)
Compatibility & Access
  • PDF editions in A4 and US Letter. You need a PDF reader; to write on screen, use a PDF app that lets you write on the page. The PDFs are not fillable forms.
  • Print the print edition at 100% or Actual size; use Fit to page if your printer cannot print close to the page edges. Physical printing has not been verified.
  • Links and bookmarks require a supporting PDF reader; support in handwriting or note-taking apps varies.
  • A personal organisation tool. The safety notes summarise official guidance as at October 2026 with sources; they are not a substitute for it or for a qualified engineer. Frequencies are suggestions.
  • The PDFs contain no fillable form fields.
  • Links and bookmarks work in standard PDF readers. Support for links in note-taking apps varies.
  • This is a digital product: nothing is posted, and no shipping charge applies.
  • Printed results depend on your printer, ink and paper.

This is a digital product supplied by SwordEyeVisions Ltd. You receive four PDF files: A4 and US Letter versions for on-screen use and for printing yourself. No physical product is supplied and no shipping charge applies.

This product is offered for immediate digital delivery. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to consent to supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when supply begins. Once payment succeeds and those requirements are completed, your download link is sent automatically to the email address used for your order. You do not need to email us to request delivery.

Keep your order confirmation and download email. If you cannot find them, check your spam or junk folder. For delivery, cancellation or file-access assistance, contact info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. If you validly consent to early supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. To cancel while that right remains, email info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No special wording is required. Your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.

Refunds and statutory rights

If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. After supply, we will assess any problem with the digital content and provide the remedy required by law. We may consider goodwill requests individually; no additional blanket refund guarantee is promised. Where an order is cancelled or refunded and access is withdrawn, we deactivate its download access separately. Deactivation does not remove copies already saved to your device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Licence

The approved SEV planning licence: use the files for your own planning; keep them on your own devices; print as many copies as you need for your own use. No resale, redistribution, sharing or sublicensing.
