SEV Social Media Strategy Workbook

Decide who you are for, what social media must achieve, where to show up, what to say, and how a follower becomes a customer. Then measure it. The workbook builds one strategy in eight parts, with a filled-in example for a fictional studio to show the method.

The workbook is undated and platform-neutral. It promises no results: platforms and their features change, and the worked example's figures are illustrations, not benchmarks. It sets the strategy. As a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. If you validly consent to early supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. To cancel while that right remains, email info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No special wording is required. Your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.

Refunds and statutory rights

If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. After supply, we will assess any problem with the digital content and provide the remedy required by law. We may consider goodwill requests individually; no additional blanket refund guarantee is promised. Where an order is cancelled or refunded and access is withdrawn, we deactivate its download access separately. Deactivation does not remove copies already saved to your device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A licence to use these files. The content and design remain the property of SwordEyeVisions Ltd.

For the person who bought them: for your own planning, including planning for your own business. Keep them on your own devices and print as many copies as you need for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, lend or sublicense the files, or upload them to any marketplace, library or file-sharing service. Each person who uses the files needs their own licence.
