SEV Nourish With Intention — Weekly Menu Planner

Feed the body. Fuel the vision. This planner turns one calm weekly session into a full plan: the menu, the shopping, the prep, and what to use up.

• Plan: a weekly menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner and notes for each day) with a grocery focus, and a grocery list by store section with a shop budget and actual spend.
• Kitchen: a pantry, fridge and freezer inventory with use-by dates, and a meal-prep plan with simple storage guidance.
• Recipes: two recipe cards per page for the meals worth repeating.
• Review: a use-it-up list, a leftovers plan, and a short weekly review.

The planner is undated: print or duplicate a fresh set each week. Nothing else in the SEV catalogue plans meals or shopping; this is the family's only kitchen planner.

This product is offered for immediate digital delivery. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to consent to supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when supply begins. Once payment succeeds and those requirements are completed, your download link is sent automatically to the email address used for your order. You do not need to email us to request delivery.

Keep your order confirmation and download email. If you cannot find them, check your spam or junk folder. For delivery, cancellation or file-access assistance, contact info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. If you validly consent to early supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. To cancel while that right remains, email info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No special wording is required. Your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.

Refunds and statutory rights

If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. After supply, we will assess any problem with the digital content and provide the remedy required by law. We may consider goodwill requests individually; no additional blanket refund guarantee is promised. Where an order is cancelled or refunded and access is withdrawn, we deactivate its download access separately. Deactivation does not remove copies already saved to your device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
