SEV Business Reset Workbook

Six areas of a small business, scored on evidence. Three decisions. Thirty days to carry them out.

A business rarely breaks. It drifts: an offer nobody chose, a client who should have been refused, invoices that wait. This workbook is one honest look at six areas, and thirty days to act on what you find.

Part one takes stock. For each of six areas (the offer, clients, money, time, delivery and direction) you score six statements from 0 to 3 on what has actually happened, then answer three questions in writing. Part two reads the result: the six totals on one page, a guide to what they mean, lists of what to stop, start and continue, and three decisions. Part three carries the decisions through thirty days, with a page for each week and a second score on day thirty and day ninety.

A worked example shows a fictional designer's scores for one area and their profile.

How to use it

• On paper: print the print edition at 100% scale. Print Part one again whenever you repeat the reset.
• On screen: open the digital edition in a PDF app that lets you write on the page. To score again later, start from a fresh copy of the file.
• Allow about ninety minutes for the first sitting and forty-five for the second. The workbook is undated.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. If you validly consent to early supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. To cancel while that right remains, email info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No special wording is required. Your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.

Refunds and statutory rights

If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. After supply, we will assess any problem with the digital content and provide the remedy required by law. We may consider goodwill requests individually; no additional blanket refund guarantee is promised. Where an order is cancelled or refunded and access is withdrawn, we deactivate its download access separately. Deactivation does not remove copies already saved to your device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SEV Digital Downloads — Licence

1. What you are buying. A licence to use these files. The content and design remain the property of SwordEyeVisions Ltd.
2. Who may use them. You, the person who bought them. The licence cannot be transferred.
3. What you may do. Use the files for your own planning and for internal use in your own business. Keep them on your own devices and keep backup copies. Print as many copies as you need for your own use. Write on them.
4. What you may not do. Resell, redistribute, share, lend or sublicense the files or copies of them. Give or sell them to clients. Upload them to any marketplace, library or file-sharing service. Remove the copyright line. Present the content or design as your own.
5. More than one user. Each person who uses the files needs their own licence.
6. No advice, no promised result. These are planning tools. They do not provide legal, financial, tax or business advice.
7. Your statutory rights. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have by law.
8. If you break these terms the licence ends, and you must stop using the files.
