SEV Client Meeting & Decision Register

Client work is decided in conversations. This register makes sure each conversation has a purpose, ends in a written record the client confirms, and adds its decisions to one numbered list that both sides can rely on months later.

One numbering scheme (M-, D-, A-, Q-, As-) ties every page, email and invoice together. It complements the Luxury Digital Client System, which promises an agenda and a written record; this provides them.

This is a digital product supplied by SwordEyeVisions Ltd. You receive four PDF files (A4 and US Letter versions for on-screen use and printing yourself), plus a ZIP of editable Word templates in A4 and US Letter. No physical product is supplied and no shipping charge applies.

This product is offered for immediate digital delivery. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to consent to supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when supply begins. Once payment succeeds and those requirements are completed, your download link is sent automatically to the email address used for your order. You do not need to email us to request delivery.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. If you validly consent to early supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. To cancel while that right remains, email info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No special wording is required. Your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.

Refunds and statutory rights

If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. After supply, we will assess any problem with the digital content and provide the remedy required by law. We may consider goodwill requests individually; no additional blanket refund guarantee is promised. Where an order is cancelled or refunded and access is withdrawn, we deactivate its download access separately. Deactivation does not remove copies already saved to your device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A business-use licence: the business that bought it (owners, staff and contractors working for it) may use, adapt and rebrand the pages and templates and send completed or adapted copies to its own clients without limit. It may not resell, share or publish them as templates, or make systems from them for other businesses.
