This planner gives every month three pages. The Monthly Brief sets what each revenue stream must bring in, how many days you have left to sell, three priorities and one marketing action a week. The Month at a Glance holds your fixed dates and the client work you have promised. The Month-End Close records income by stream, costs, what is left, who still owes you, and three short notes.

Before month one, the Year Frame turns one annual target into twelve monthly ones, adjusted for your busy and quiet months. After every close, one line goes on the Twelve-Month Ledger, so the year builds into a record you can plan from.

Two worked examples show a fictional photographer's month, filled in.

How to use it

• On paper: print the print edition at 100% scale. Print the month pages as often as you need for your own use.

• The planner is undated. Start in any month.

• This is a planning tool, not accounts. The figures you work out in it are planning figures. They are not a set of accounts, a tax calculation or a tax return, and "surplus" is not your taxable profit.
• It does not provide financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. It gives no tax rates; where it asks what you set aside for tax, the figure is your own.
• The files contain no fillable form fields and no formulas. You write and add up by hand.
• Links and bookmarks work in standard PDF readers. The files have not been tested in note-taking or handwriting apps, and support for links varies between apps.
• Digital product: no physical item is sent and no shipping charge applies.
• Printed results depend on your printer, ink and paper.
• The files are not tagged for screen readers, and the type is smaller than clear-print guidance recommends.

This product is offered for immediate digital delivery. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to consent to supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when supply begins. Once payment succeeds and those requirements are completed, your download link is sent automatically to the email address used for your order. You do not need to email us to request delivery.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. If you validly consent to early supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. To cancel while that right remains, email info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No special wording is required. Your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.

Refunds and statutory rights

If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. After supply, we will assess any problem with the digital content and provide the remedy required by law. We may consider goodwill requests individually; no additional blanket refund guarantee is promised. Where an order is cancelled or refunded and access is withdrawn, we deactivate its download access separately. Deactivation does not remove copies already saved to your device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SEV Digital Downloads — Licence

1. What you are buying. A licence to use these files. The content and design remain the property of SwordEyeVisions Ltd.
2. Who may use them. You, the person who bought them. The licence cannot be transferred.
3. What you may do. Use the files for your own planning and for internal use in your own business. Keep them on your own devices and keep backup copies. Print as many copies as you need for your own use. Write on them.
4. What you may not do. Resell, redistribute, share, lend or sublicense the files or copies of them. Give or sell them to clients. Upload them to any marketplace, library or file-sharing service. Remove the copyright line. Present the content or design as your own.
5. More than one user. Each person who uses the files needs their own licence.
6. No advice, no promised result. These are planning tools. They do not provide legal, financial, tax or business advice.
7. Your statutory rights. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have by law.
8. If you break these terms the licence ends, and you must stop using the files.
