Foundations sets out what the business is for: its long-term horizon, its values, how it makes money and where to focus. The Annual Frame gives the year a theme and an intent. The Quarterly Core is the heart of the system: a snapshot, priorities, projects and commitments, an honest review and a 90-day plan. Monthly and weekly pages carry the quarter into ordinary work.

Financial Awareness keeps the numbers in view without becoming bookkeeping: target against actual for revenue, expenses, profit and the metrics you choose, in your own currency. A Thinking Space holds strategy notes, ideas and a decision journal. Alignment closes the year and points back to the start.

The pages are undated and reusable. It complements the individual SEV Business Planning planners rather than replacing them.

This is a digital product supplied by SwordEyeVisions Ltd. You receive four PDF files: A4 and US Letter versions for on-screen use and for printing yourself. No physical product is supplied and no shipping charge applies.

This product is offered for immediate digital delivery. Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to consent to supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when supply begins. Once payment succeeds and those requirements are completed, your download link is sent automatically to the email address used for your order. You do not need to email us to request delivery.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days after the day your contract is formed to cancel without giving a reason. If you validly consent to early supply and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, that right ends when supply begins. To cancel while that right remains, email info@swordeyevisions.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel. No special wording is required. Your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements remain unaffected.

Refunds and statutory rights

If you exercise a valid statutory cancellation right, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund fee. After supply, we will assess any problem with the digital content and provide the remedy required by law. We may consider goodwill requests individually; no additional blanket refund guarantee is promised. Where an order is cancelled or refunded and access is withdrawn, we deactivate its download access separately. Deactivation does not remove copies already saved to your device. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A licence to use these files. The content and design remain the property of SwordEyeVisions Ltd.

For the person who bought them: for your own planning and for internal use in your own business. Keep them on your own devices and print as many copies as you need for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, lend or sublicense the files, or upload them to any marketplace, library or file-sharing service. Each person who uses the files needs their own licence.
